The Italian Council of Ministers approved, in preliminary examination, a legislative decree which, implementing art. 13 of the 2016-2017 European delegation law (Law 25 October 2017, No. 163), shold adapt national legislation to the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 679/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
