Lorenzo Cristofaro has matured a solid experience, assisting important Italian companies and international undertakings with regards to challenging issues in the data protection field, such as artificial intelligence, biometrics, e-health, marketing and profiling, e-commerce, defensive investigation, big data and e-government.

Marco Lauricella, Panetta & Associati’s Lawyer since 2012, has been appointed Counsel.
Marco assists several Italian and foreign companies in structuring profiling and direct marketing processes, as well as in the development of workplace technologies and new networks, platforms and services. He has studied and worked on the implementation of data protection governance models; as an expert in regulatory litigation, he has defended and assisted several companies before the independent judicial and administrative authorities.
