Strand Alliance is an international group of independent privacy consultancies, law firms and external DPO providers who are recognised leaders in their field. Strand Alliance members share the same values and way of working and offer their clients the best of local expertise combined with global industry knowledge.
Continuously expanding, in addition to its founding partners and leaders, Kate Colleary of Pembroke Privacy, Dan Or-Hof of Or-Hof Law, and Rocco Panetta of PANETTA Consulting Group, Strand is delighted to welcome new members, NAC Privacy Global, Simply Privacy, Baumgartner Baumann, and IITR.
Strand Alliance now has 9 offices; in Brussels, Dublin, London, Madrid, Munich, Rome, Zurich, Tel Aviv, and Auckland. The global team consists of more than 50 professionals who are considered leaders in their local markets and internationally. Strand Alliance is a Gold member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and can count among its partners several IAPP Country Leaders, Westin Emeritus Fellows, Vanguard Prize awarded, co-chairs of local KnowledgeNet chapters, and former members of the IAPP Board of Directors. Many of Strand’s partners are also official training partners for IAPP’s well recognised certifications. Strand Alliance members also participate in national and international AI and data governance working groups and are invited to speak at universities and international conferences.
