On 7 March 2023, the event ‘Towards the Artificial intelligence Act’, organised by the S&D Group, will take place in the European Parliament.
In view of the presentation of the final position of the European Parliament, co-rapporteur Brando Benifei organised a day of discussion between different stakeholders.
The thematic tables will be:
- REGULATING AI: THE MOST EFFECTIVE LEGAL MODEL
- AI RISKS: BEYOND THE ALREADY KNOWN ONES
- RESPONSIBILITY OF AI: FROM LIABILITY TO ACCOUNTABILITY
Rocco Panetta will take part in the second panel, bringing the experience of privacy professionals.
Of particular note is the presence of several members of the Italian DPA such as Prof. Ginevra Cerrina Feroni, Guido Scorza and Roberto Lattanzi who will act as moderators, as well as EDPS Wojciech Wiewiórowski who will give the concluding speech.
