Article 29 Working Party (WP29) published new Guide Lines on setting and application of administrative fines under Regulation (EU) no. 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR.
This set complements the Guidelines already published by the same WP29 in recent times, now under public consultation, on (i) automated decision-making and profiling and (ii) data breach notification.
