“The topic of processing personal data is significantly important and cannot be reduced to a plain challenge between the right to health and the right to privacy. However, that changes when there is a pandemic like the one we are experiencing now – there would not be any preferences or challenges to this, since the right to health for every individual prevails above all other rights, without deleting them at the same time“.
